Administration and Finance (A&F) kicked off the new year by sharing how A&F is playing an integral role in advancing the Institute’s Big Bets and Foundational Priorities. Topics included creating innovative and engaging campus spaces, promoting the well-being of our campus and community, improving administrative processes, and championing a culture of excellence. This panel discussion featured subject matter experts from across A&F and was facilitated by Sonia Alvarez-Robinson, associate vice president for Strategy and Organizational Effectiveness.
