Yiny Lynch plays a key role in supporting financial decision-making across Georgia Tech through her leadership in budget planning, reconciliations, and revenue analysis. She oversees complex financial work that informs campus-wide operations while leading a team of budget analysts who support colleges and administrative units across the Institute. Known for her clarity and responsiveness, Yiny is a trusted partner who ensures colleagues not only receive answers but fully understand the processes behind them.
 
Her impact is evident in projects like the comprehensive departmental sales and services reconciliation, which improved financial transparency and made it easier for departments to access and understand fund balances. She consistently models accuracy, integrity, and accountability, setting a high standard for her team while investing in their growth and development. Over more than two decades at Georgia Tech, Yiny has built a reputation for reliability, expertise, and a genuine commitment to supporting others—earning the trust of colleagues across campus.
