Tenisha Carter consistently goes beyond answering questions to making sure people leave an interaction feeling supported and confident about next steps. In her role within the Administrative Services Center, she is often the person others rely on when processes feel unclear or time-sensitive, because she takes the time to listen, explain, and follow through. Tenisha is known for her patience and steady demeanor, especially in situations that can be stressful for customers or colleagues. Her willingness to step in, clarify details, and see issues through to resolution helps keep work moving smoothly and builds trust across the teams she supports.
A prime example of her impact is her dedication to mentoring colleagues. She recently took the time to patiently guide and train teammates on ServiceNow protocols, ensuring the unit could operate with greater efficiency and confidence. Through these everyday actions, Tenisha creates a service experience that is not only effective, but genuinely reassuring, and exemplifies the standard of excellence within the Administrative Services Center.
