Charlie Mason exemplifies Everyday Excellence through nearly 35 years of dedicated service to Georgia Tech as an HVAC Technician in Infrastructure and Operations. Charlie is known as a highly skilled technician who routinely goes above and beyond in every respect – taking great care and initiative to ensure that the campus heating and cooling systems are running smoothly.
He is quick to volunteer, stay late, come in early, and step in wherever help is needed to keep these critical “behind the scenes” systems running. Charlie reminds us that Everyday Excellence is often found in the ordinary moments, handled day after day with skill, care, and commitment.
