Campus Services' Transition to Administration and Finance

Monday, April 6, 2026

Effective May 1, Campus Services will transition from Student Engagement and Well-Being (SEWB) to Administration and Finance (A&F), where it will report to Tricia Chastain, executive vice president for A&F and the Institute’s chief business officer. This change aligns auxiliary services with guidance from the University System of Georgia and builds on the strong foundation developed within SEWB.

The departments transitioning to A&F include Access Control, including BuzzCard; Business and Finance for Campus Services; Community Engagement; Dining and Retail Services, including the bookstore; and Housing and Residence Life. Campus Recreation and Stamps Health Services will remain within SEWB, with Campus Services continuing to provide oversight and support for their business operations.

This is a change in reporting structure and is not expected to affect day-to-day operations, roles, or service delivery. Georgia Tech remains committed to providing high-quality, student-centered services throughout the transition.
